For a decade, St+art has been working across the country to explore different art practices in public spaces and the ability of art to transcend socio-cultural barriers. In a country where art is for a niche and public spaces are often polarised, we attempt to create new ways of viewership of art and connect communities while providing platforms of expression for artists and cultural exchange.

St+art has created a wide spectrum of urban art projects across Indian cities, establishing creative and enduring relationships between communities, government, institutions, and art professionals. This includes seven art districts, multiple festivals, and diverse public interventions across cities in India.
